Regents Hall is a residential development of 65 apartments. The scheme has been arranged in four blocks consisting of between 15 and 18 units in each block. Two blocks are constructed over an underground car park comprising 25,000 square feet.

Skyco had the unique opportunity to assist in the procurement, design and development of this project. All aspects of the development were managed and controlled by Skyco to ultimately provide a turnkey package for our clients. The building facades have a cool, clean, contemporary feel with crisp, bright interiors. The design is of the time. With a real sense of place in a quality environment - the apartments are designed in 4 separate blocks and arranged around the central landscaped area or overlooking the adjacent public park.
