Millbourne Avenue consists of four individually tailored town-homes and eight number apartments in a quiet and established area of Dublin city-centre.
Skyco controlled all aspects of this particular project including the demolition of an existing structure, site preparation, construction and handover. Particular attention was made to accessibility, with all homes using the same discreet yet functional secure entrance.
