Hill Street consists of four apartments in the centre of Dublin city. The building holds three two-bedroom and a single one-bedroom penthouse with excellent views of Georgian Dublin.

Bounded by existing dwellings on all sides, Skyco sensitively removed the existing structures, completed pile driving, site works and constructed the reinforced concrete frame to roof level within eight weeks. We then completed remainder of works, and handed over the fnished product before time and well within budget.
